Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA A+ Certification. * Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center technologies. * Familiarity with asset management and ticketing systems. * Experience with Zebra printers, handheld scanners, and device deployment processes. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, provisioning user accounts, supporting warehouse technologies, managing IT assets, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
