When M.S. is in a related field, B.S. must be in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering. Candidates with extensive industry experience are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated experience and commitment to student-centered learning and teaching, as well as the ability to collaboratively work in multidisciplinary settings is required. Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral use of the English language is required., Preference will be given to those with university teaching experience. Preference will be given to those with experience working with broad populations and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities. ## Description The person holding this position is considered a 'mandated reporter' under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of employment.
