## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning Solutions Consulting Manager in Atlanta, GA. Summary: The client is looking for a Learning Solutions professional to lead and coordinate learning and development projects from planning through delivery. This role partners with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal teams to develop impactful learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and digital formats while ensuring a high-quality learner experience. Responsibilities:

 * Manage learning and development projects, timelines, and deliverables
 * Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and support project execution
 * Coordinate development and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions
 * Lead project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications
 * Manage learner communications and support learning events
 * Track project budgets, KPIs, and program effectiveness
 * Identify and mitigate project risks while driving solutions
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learning processes and outcomes
