## About the Role

* HS Diploma and/or equivalent.
 * Clear understanding of revenue cycle.
 * Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
 * Work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role.
 * Organizational and time management abilities
 * Must be able to travel 50% of the time, may include overnight stays
 * Experience in the medical field.
 * Must be detail oriented and be able to troubleshoot software problems and /or questions.
 * Computer Skills, i.e. Medical software and MS Office based applications.

## Description

To provide training and support on Revenue Cycle processes specific to job functions. Also, to provide software and operational support on the various applications utilized by Practice Plus/Baptist Health/ Arkansas Health Group. This includes serving as a liaison between various departments including the IT Team and 3rd party companies.
