* The Applications Engineer job will require heavy client interfacing, product planning and design, along with the ability to implement rapid changes to production as needed.

 * Previous job experience with mechanical engineering processes; FEA, MFA, and GD&T, for example.
 * Superior problem solving and initiative.
 * Team leading and teamwork mindset.
 * Data management and information transfer skills.
 * Flexible and capable of managing time to allow for special projects
