The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineering leader with deep PHP and large-scale backend expertise who thrives guiding senior engineers without losing touch with the code. This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require strong organizational instincts, the ability to navigate a mature monolithic codebase while driving modernization, and the leadership presence to align execution across multiple product teams.
