What You'll Bring * An AI-first mindset with deep adoption of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms. * Demonstrated success partnering directly with business leaders to shape and deliver outcomes. * Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions, including multi-agent systems and advanced retrieval architectures. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills. * Preferred experience in: + Vector databases and semantic search + Knowledge retrieval and NLP systems + LLM evaluation, tuning, or serving + Distributed systems and scalable AI architectures + Front-end technologies (Angular or similar) + Open-source AI or agent development contributions ## Description This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. We are seeking an AI-Native Software Engineer (Principal Software Engineer) who combines software engineering expertise, AI agent development, and strong business partnership skills. This is not a traditional developer role-you will work directly with business stakeholders to rapidly transform ideas into production-ready solutions using AI-augmented development practices. The ideal candidate has deeply integrated AI tools into their daily engineering workflow and can demonstrate how AI has fundamentally improved the speed, quality, and impact of their work.
