As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams. We are driving the Cohesive Agentic Experiences (CAE) program and Gemini Enterprise for Google program to reduce Googler manual effort and reclaim productivity through AI-powered solutions. In this leadership role, you will be at the absolute heartbeat of Google's AI transformation. You will be the PMO lead driving the Cohesive Agentic Experiences program, architecting the evolution of Google's internal tools from fragmented applications into a proactive, context-aware agentic ecosystem. In this role, you will manage a team of Technical Program Managers, own the end-to-end strategic execution of the entire CAE portfolio, overseeing mission-critical workstreams dedicated to reducing manual effort and reclaiming productivity for Googlers everywhere. This role requires masterfully navigating the technical complexities of Enterprise Memory and AI Foundations, shaping the next generation of technical leaders through mentorship of a high-performing team of TPMs. The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products.
