## About the Role

* 0-2 years of experience in application support, business systems, IT support, business analysis, or a related field (internships count).
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
 * Exposure to enterprise applications, SQL, reporting tools, or software implementations is a plus-but not required.

## Description

* Support the implementation of new business applications from planning through go-live.
 * Assist with system configuration, testing, data validation, user training, and post-implementation support.
 * Provide day-to-day support for business applications by troubleshooting user issues and managing help desk tickets.
 * Set up user accounts, maintain system configurations, and assist with application upgrades.
 * Work with business teams to understand workflows and help improve business processes.
 * Create user guides, training materials, and system documentation.
 * Help onboard newly acquired companies onto USA Water's standard technology platforms.
 * Assist with IT projects and identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.
