## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional IT experience.
 * 3-5 years of IT support or related technical experience.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory/Directory Services, Cisco networking, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
 * Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
 * Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance practices.
 * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
 * ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
 * A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across desktop, hardware, software, and network environments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with IT teams to keep systems running efficiently.

What You'll Do

 * Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
 * Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access while following security and compliance best practices.
 * Support Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Directory Services, Cisco networking, and mobile technologies.
 * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
 * Coordinate hardware and software upgrades, deployments, and system improvements.
 * Partner with other IT teams to resolve incidents and support business initiatives.
 * Assist with security-related issues and help maintain the integrity of enterprise systems and data.
 * Support application development teams during project lifecycles.
 * Perform additional IT support duties and special projects as assigned.
