Windows and macOS are required. * Experience with network security and monitoring tools like Datadog, SolarWinds, etc * Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure * Hands-on experience within a multi-location environment * Team player with a high level of dedication and commitment to excellence. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required * Working Knowledge of one of the cloud AWS, GCP, or Azure is required * Technical certification in Cisco/Security/Windows or any relevant field is a plus., Physical Actions/Environment: Required job duties consist of prompt and regular attendance, ability to frequently move about the office to coordinate work with others; standing, sitting and typing for extended periods; and lifting and/or carrying up to 5 lbs. Ability to frequently communicate with others in-person, on the phone/virtually, and in writing.
