## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user technical support and maintain desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral systems. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting technology solutions to ensure efficient and reliable operations., * Provide day-to-day support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.

 * Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, printers, and related equipment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues, documenting resolutions and procedures.
 * Utilize desktop management tools to deploy patches, perform audits, and maintain device performance.
 * Perform desktop imaging and deployment activities.
 * Coordinate with telecommunications and vendor support teams to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
 * Maintain knowledge of current technologies, systems, and industry trends.Assist with hardware repairs, warranty claims, and equipment replacement.
