## Description

Seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and end-user issues in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows systems, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, desktop deployments, and ticketing systems., * Provide desktop and technical support to end users.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues.
 * Support Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
 * Perform PC imaging, deployment, and hardware setup.
 * Support printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and applications.
 * Manage service tickets and document resolutions.
 * Provide excellent customer service and follow IT processes.
