The ideal candidate has deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, strong experience with testing and CI/CD, and the ability to guide teams through best practices, code quality, and delivery., Frontend & Language Skills

 * ReactJS (functional components, hooks, lifecycle, performance optimization)
 * TypeScript (strong typing, interfaces, generics, scalable type design)
 * JavaScript (ES6+) (async/await, promises, browser fundamentals)

Testing & Quality

 * VI Test / Unit and Component Testing
 * Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

CI/CD & Version Control

 * GitLab (source control, branching strategies, merge requests)
 * Harness (CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments)

Caching & Performance

 * Redis (caching concepts and performance optimization awareness)

Collaboration & Delivery

 * JIRA - sprint planning, task tracking, and agile workflows
 * Confluence - technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Good-to-Have Skills

 * APIGEE, Kendo UI, ASP.NET Core APIs
