## Description

* S4 Hana certification mandatory
 * Worked in S/4 HANA SAP OTC process.
 * Configuration and customization of SD objects - including master data, pricing, output and partner functions.
 * Work on integration with Salesforce, proship, magento, ARIBA and non-SAP systems.
 * Knowledge in EDI, IDOCs and interfaces.
 * Good understanding of Standard pricing and pricing and usage of Routines in pricing.
 * Knowledge of intercompany, third-party dropship and standard SD processes.
 * Support end-to-end process flows - ensuring data consistency and transaction accuracy.
 * Participate in solution design, document functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams - ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration teams.
 * Prepare RCA and QRG for facilitating AMS support business.
 * Conduct unit testing, and support UAT testing and prepare test scenarios.
 * Provide production support, troubleshoot OTC-related issues and perform enhancements and process improvements.
 * Help business team and end user to maintain master data.
