## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate s or Bachelor s degree in IT or related field preferred)
 * 1 2 years of experience in a data center or IT support role
 * Basic understanding of networking, server hardware, and operating systems
 * Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
 * Availability for shift work, on-call support, and occasional weekends

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with ticketing systems and data center monitoring tools
 * Familiarity with structured cabling standards and best practices

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Center Technician to support our data center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, supporting infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the data center., * Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers and network equipment

 * Monitor data center systems and respond to alerts and incidents
 * Perform regular hardware maintenance and upgrades
 * Document procedures, configurations, and issues
 * Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for support and escalation
 * Maintain physical security and environmental controls (power, cooling, cabling)
