EDUCATION Required * Bachelor's degree (preferably in computer science, business systems, or related field.) WORK EXPERIENCE Required * 5 years of software development or related experience. Preferred * Experience with programmatic use of LLMs, AI, and related systems. Integration of data sources into LLMs via MCP or similar protocols. * Familiarity with deploying and operating OpenStack, Ceph, or other private cloud infrastructure. * Experience with application containerization platforms such as docker and podman. * Experience with kubernetes application deployment methods such as helm or kustomize. * Experience working as a customer advocate through extended dialogue and shared understanding with the ability to translate user requests into programmable user requirements. Working Conditions / Demands This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
