## About the Role

* Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and the ability to structure complex, data-heavy workflows.
 * Proficiency in creating mockups and high-fidelity visual design assets that align with product and brand guidelines.
 * Experience with interactive prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to validate and communicate design concepts.
 * Understanding of front-end development concepts and collaboration with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
 * Relevant experience designing dashboards or trading, fintech, or data analytics products is highly beneficial.
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX work, including problem framing, user flows, and final visuals.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team, with clear communication and time-management skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
