## About the Role

Nolix.ai is a fast-growing electronics and AI technology company developing innovative IoT, industrial automation, and intelligent monitoring solutions. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Manager to become a key member of our growing team., * 5+ years of administrative or operations management experience

 * Experience with inventory management and purchasing
 * Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
 * Human Resources experience preferred
 * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 * Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
 * Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
 * Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in an electronics, manufacturing, engineering, or technology company
 * Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
 * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not required)

## Description

The Administrative & Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company while supporting inventory management, accounting, human resources, purchasing, and general office operations. This individual will work closely with company leadership and play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

 * Manage all day-to-day office and administrative operations
 * Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory control processes
 * Coordinate purchasing, vendor relationships, and office supplies
 * Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and invoice management
 * Work with the company's CPA and outside accounting professionals
 * Support Human Resources functions including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and recruiting coordination
 * Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics
 * Maintain company documentation, contracts, and operational records
 * Assist management with reporting, scheduling, and special projects
 * Develop and improve administrative processes and operational procedures
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and organizational standards
