## Description

We are seeking a talented Design Architect with extensive experience in high-end modern luxury residential architecture.

This position will work directly with the firm's CEO and Lead Designer on some of our most architecturally significant projects. We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about architecture, interiors, furniture, and craftsmanship-someone who enjoys resolving every detail rather than simply producing drawings.

The ideal candidate understands that great architecture extends beyond the building envelope. They appreciate proportion, materials, custom millwork, furniture, lighting, and the countless details that transform a building into a complete design experience.

Responsibilities

 * Develop projects from schematic design through construction documentation
 * Develop architectural details, custom millwork, built-in furniture, kitchens, baths, and specialty elements
 * have capability and experience to coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, fabricators, and city agencies
 * Work with designers to ensure architecture and interiors are seamlessly integrated
 * Participate in material selections, finish development, and custom furniture design
 * Assist with site visits, construction coordination, and design problem solving
 * Maintain exceptional drawing quality and attention to detail throughout every phase of a project
