Placement will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and business needs. ## Description Provide advanced technical support for manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic systems. This hands-on position plays a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production performance. Shift Option: 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM or 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM- 7:00 AM Rotating weekend coverage required. Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated manufacturing systems. * Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment improvements. * Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions. * Support PLC and robotic troubleshooting. * Install, calibrate, repair, and upgrade manufacturing equipment. * Read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and machine documentation. * Support continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and productivity. * Partner with Production and Engineering teams to improve equipment reliability. * Promote safe work practices and maintain 6S standards., Provide strong technical expertise and frontline production support within chrome processing operations. This role requires strong manufacturing knowledge, equipment troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support daily operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Shift Option: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Shift end times and overtime may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements. Responsibilities: * Support daily chrome line operations and production requirements. * Monitor process performance and maintain quality standards. * Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues. * Provide guidance, training, and support to production associates. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures. * Maintain accurate production records and documentation. * Support continuous improvement initiatives. * Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve issues., Provide technical guidance and production support within the manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key resource between production associates and leadership while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
