You have led PMS data conversions and go-lives. Experience with Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Core, Eaglesoft, and OpenDental preferred. * Training and change-management skill. You are comfortable - and calm - teaching front-office teams under go-live pressure. * A relationship-first style. Our partner doctors are owners. You earn adoption through credibility and trust, not corporate mandate. * Independence. You operate confidently from written playbooks with light-touch oversight, manage your own travel and calendar, and escalate early rather than late. * Project management discipline. monday.com experience is a plus; rigor is a requirement. ## Description As Dental Integration Manager, you will own practice integrations end-to-end: from pre-close operational discovery through systems cutover, onsite training, go-live, and stabilization, until the practice graduates into our standard operations cadence. You'll join a small, senior integrations function at the ground floor of a scaling organization, with modern tooling already in place (monday.com and our proprietary Arrows workflow platform) and a leadership team that treats integration as a strategic capability, not an afterthought. This is a build role with real ownership from day one - and real room to grow as the department scales with the organization. What You'll Own * End-to-end execution of 2-4 concurrent practice integrations against ICON's integration playbook: kickoff, systems conversion, staff onboarding and training, go-live, stabilization, and graduation. * Pre-close operational discovery - assessing workflows, staffing, systems, and risks at prospective partner practices, and translating findings into the integration plan. * Onsite and remote training for front-office teams on practice management systems, daily workflows, and reporting cadence. * Cross-functional coordination across Revenue Cycle (credentialing and payor enrollment), HR (payroll and benefits transition), IT, Marketing, and Accounting - keeping every workstream on committed timelines. * The partner relationship through integration: weekly transition calls, being the steady, trusted point of contact for the doctor and office manager during the most change-intensive months of the partnership. * Integration status, documentation, and performance scorecards in monday.com, with lessons learned feeding back into the playbook. ## Related Videos - [Thoughts on (Modern?)
