This role is largely remote with necessary equipment provided but will require working in our Town & Country, MO office for meetings or training. Working in-office is also acceptable if preferred. * Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday. ## Description The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will be responsible for modeling complex data and problems, preparing data for reporting and analysis, and developing Power BI reports. This role supports the Data Science team's efforts to discover insights and identify opportunities through data mining, visualization, statistical analysis, and algorithmic techniques. The BI Developer's schedule and assigned tasks will be managed by the Data Science team manager., * Work with data of varying degrees of size and complexity, including both structured and unstructured data * Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations. This includes processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis. Present clear and concise results. * Collaborate with analysts to create dashboards and visualizations of processed data using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to draw inferences and conclusions, such as identifying trends and anomalies * Process work requests in accordance with organizational priority.
