Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities * Demonstrated experience with Workday reports (matrix, advanced, and composite) and data export. Experience with Workday security model and Business Objects. Experience with Workday HCM/FIN and/or Student. And/or * Demonstrated experience in data warehousing and data mart technologies and concepts, supporting relational databases, business and systems analysis for business intelligence efforts, data warehouse development, data pipelines, Python, and SQL. Experience with data clouds and data lakes. Experience with Microsoft Fabric. And/or * Demonstrated experience with SAP BusinessObjects universes as well as data visualization tools, such as PowerBI. Other Requirements * Ability to lead technical projects. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical clients. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with higher education information technology systems. ## Description This individual is a key member of USNH's Center for DATA and provides technical expertise in support of USNH's business intelligence initiatives. The team is responsible for Workday Reporting, data warehousing, data pipelines, and analytics solutions. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence initiatives to support the institution's strategic objectives and mission.
