## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Sunglass Hut team with project coordination, data management, and administrative activities related to store development and real estate initiatives. This hybrid, part-time role will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain project documentation, track project milestones, update corporate databases, and support reporting and presentations., · Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW) and special project forms.

· Update and manage project data, real estate records, lease information, and store development databases.

· Partner with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Planning, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Store Development to gather project information and ensure data accuracy.

· Track project progress, maintain status updates, and support weekly reporting and project reviews.

· Review and organize project images and documentation within corporate systems.

· Assist with lease language reviews, presentation materials, and project dossiers for leadership.

· Provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
