Experience working with customers directly or in a consulting capacity is ideal. * Strong experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python; proficient with modern development tools including Git, Node, npm, and the terminal/command line. * Proven ability to rapidly understand and utilize proprietary SDKs and RESTful APIs (following the OpenAPI Specification) to build robust, integrated solutions. * Skilled in data analysis, integration, and building tailored tools (e.g., macros, data pipelines) to deliver maximum customer value. * Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both engineers and executives, driving consensus and empowering customers. ## Description We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical expert for our most strategic enterprise customers. This role is a critical blend of technical consulting and hands-on software development. You will be embedded with our customers, designing and building custom, high-impact solutions on and integrated with the Neara platform to unlock new capabilities, automate complex workflows, and drive maximum business value. You will be the primary technical architect responsible for the creation of tailored customer solutions, working directly with customer engineers and business stakeholders. You are a developer and consultant rolled into one: a proactive problem-solver with a knack for communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. What You Will Do: * Actively use the Neara SDK and our platform's APIs to develop custom solutions that extend the platform's functionality.
