## About the Role

* Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in areas/fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
 * 3+ years working in a full-stack capacity in any of the following

 * Backend Python, C++, Rust, Go, Java, JavaScript
 * Frontend React and Typescript

Experience building software solutions involving significant amounts of data processing and analysis

You understand how real-time backend data flows seamlessly into an operator's UI.

Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems with a bias toward rapid delivery and iteration

Desire to collab with team members to deliver novel software capabilities to ambiguous problems

 * Experience with any of the following, distributed systems, cloud computing, or SAAS
 * Experience with multi-agent autonomous systems or defense tech
 * Knowledge of military systems and operational tactics
 * Strong background with focus in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning to inform modeling & simulation (M&S) and physical systems
