## About the Role

* This is not Entry Level. Strongly Prefer 2+ years of MSP experience.
 * Excellent critical thinking skills.
 * Certifications for Microsoft 365 or experience with servers and/or active directory is preferred.
 * Ability to work outside regular hours as needed.
 * Strong aptitude for verbal and written communication, reasoning, logic, analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills
 * Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
 * Ability to manage stress appropriately, make decisions under pressure, handle multiple priorities, work alone, and maintain patience and professionalism
 * Ability to respond in a timely manner to emergency situations at short notice
 * Ability to prioritize and triage work effectively
 * Willingness to work in an office environment, and ability to sit, stand, and walk as required
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
 * Must maintain a clean, clear, and organized working environment.
 * Must have reliable transportation to and from work and client sites., * Managed Service Provider (MSP): 2 years (Preferred)
 * IT support: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to resolve their issues.
 * Setup, move, remove, and upgrade technology items for customers.
 * Work in the office to prepare for upcoming customer projects.
 * Solve new problems without needing to be told every step of a solution.
 * Understand that we are solving both computer and customer problems.
 * Interface with customers, demonstrating social awareness and charisma.
