Knowledge & Skills: * Deep understanding of BI concepts, data visualization, and analytics methodologies. * Strong data modeling, requirements analysis, and solution architecture skills. * Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities. * Ability to translate complex data and analytics concepts into clear, actionable business insights. * Change management skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Ability to lead change and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals. * Self-starter, quick learner, open-minded, and problem-solver with a positive, collaborative attitude. * Ability to deliver consistently under deadlines and execute with minimal direction. * Periodic travel may be required. Reporting to the Director, IT Data Analytics, this role will manage a team of BI professionals, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the effective use of BI tools and data assets. The BI Manager will champion data-driven culture, oversee BI platform governance, and continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities to meet evolving business needs.Support efforts to move our Oracle ERP on-Prem to a cloud-based ERP., * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI analysts and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and reporting needs. * Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Microsoft Power BI and other BI platforms. * Ensure BI solutions adhere to best practices for performance, usability, data governance, and security. * Manage and prioritize BI project requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. * Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive resolution of issues related to BI initiatives. * Communicate project status, issue escalations, and resolutions to all levels of the organization. * Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data sources, transformations, and report specifications. * Support system maintenance, including reviewing application patches, documenting test plans, and executing test scripts.
