Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong understanding of financial close processes and regulatory compliance. * Experience working in a regulated or manufacturing environment preferred. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Strong knowledge of SAP FICO best practices and configuration. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex finance-related SAP issues. * Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and training delivery. * Capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating across functional teams. * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Travel Expectations * Up to 25% travel expected. ## Description The Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes. This role will serve as the finance subject matter expert and strategic partner to Accounting, FP&A, and Operational Finance teams to deliver business-aligned solutions. The consultant will support ongoing stabilization and continuous improvement following our successful go-live with RISE with SAP. Given our S/4HANA environment, experience with Fiori applications and a strong understanding of SAP Analytics and reporting tools is critical. On-Site Expectations 100% on-site position. * 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
