 * Demonstrated ability to prototype and ship solutions quickly

 * RAG implementation experience
 * MCP-enabled workflows
 * Voice AI or conversational AI experience
 * GitHub projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions
 * Full-stack development experience
 * Experience creating products from concept through adoption

The ideal candidate loves building products, moving quickly from prototype to production, and creating experiences that users actively adopt and rely upon.
Key Responsibilities

 * Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and intelligent applications
 * Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered business solutions
 * Build conversational experiences and intelligent user interfaces
 * Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
 * Improve AI solutions through continuous feedback and iteration
 * Drive product adoption and user engagement
 * Develop integrations with enterprise systems and data sources
 * Measure business impact and continuously optimize solutions
