 * 5+ years of recent experience designing and developing complex algorithm-based systems

## Description

* Development of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms implemented in hardware and/or software for space-based systems
 * Application of advanced DSP techniques, including:
 * Detection & Estimation Theory
 * Random Processes Analysis
 * Communications & Information Theory
 * Statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements
 * Experience with radar signal processing and RF signal conditioning/mitigation
 * Familiarity with phased array systems and beamforming techniques
 * Use of MATLAB (DSP toolboxes) for modeling, simulation, and algorithm development
 * Experience with Monte Carlo analysis for system performance evaluation, + SmallSats / CubeSats
 + Space payload design, development, or integration & test (I&T)
