* Go Expertise: Proven Senior or Staff-level Golang experience in an ownership or lead capacity.
 * Low-Level Concepts: Hands-on experience with Abstract Syntax Trees (ASTs), AST transformations, and writing performant, low-GC Go code.
 * Self-Driven Mindset: A true self-starter who digs into complex, multi-week engineering challenges and solves them robustly without needing hand-holding.
 * Remote Setup: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment, with excellent English communication skills and availability to work within the CET time zone.
 * Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for team retreats and working sessions (at least twice a year).

Bonus Points

 * Experience with GraphQL, API Gateways, Proxies, gRPC, or networking protocols.
 * Active open-source contributions.
