## About the Role

The ideal candidate is a Workday Recruiting expert who can quickly build strong relationships with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance., * 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.

 * Expert-level Workday Recruiting experience is required.
 * Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple corporate functions, including executive assistants, finance, accounting, project management, IT, scientific, HR, and other professional roles.
 * Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
 * Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
 * Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
 * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
 * Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with hiring managers and HR leadership.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience recruiting within healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other corporate environments.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred.

## Description

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
 * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
 * Recruit for a broad range of corporate positions, including:
 + Executive Assistants & Administrative Professionals
 + Accounting & Finance
 + Project Management
 + Information Technology
 + Scientific & Research
 + Human Resources
 + Operations
 + Marketing & Communications
 * Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, managing requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
 * Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
 * Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
 * Prepare and negotiate offers while partnering with HR and hiring managers.
 * Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, candidate records, and reporting within Workday.
 * Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
 * Ensure a positive candidate experience while delivering high-quality service to hiring managers.
 * Recommend process improvements and support recruiting initiatives as needed.
