Reporting directly to the IT Manager, this role is responsible for the configuration, stability, and administration of corporate network architecture, systems infrastructure, production databases, and custom software application environments. Duties: · Owns the configuration, maintenance, and administrative security of the organization's network architecture, routing protocols, firewalls, and switches. · Designs, upgrades, and maintains centralized database infrastructures, utilizing MySQL and advanced SQL storage platforms to guarantee data availability and precision. · Researches, tests, and deploys open-source technologies, virtualization layers (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), and server environments encompassing both Windows and Linux-based operating system platforms. · Develops and maintains custom internal software applications, automation scripts, and orchestration workflows using Ansible, Python, Java, HTML5, JavaScript, and other relevant frameworks. · Executes disaster recovery backup and recovery procedures specifically tailored to core database and system application layers. · Oversees public and internal key infrastructure (PKI), managing the lifecycle, issuance, deployment, and timely renewal of SSL/TLS certificates across corporate servers, networks, and web services. Knowledge Skills & Abilities: · Serves as the primary Tier 2 escalation point for advanced support tickets passed up from Tier 1 involving network, server, or application-level anomalies. · Provides backup desk-level IT support strictly when frontline ticket volume exceeds capacity or during temporary absences of the IT Support Specialist. · preserve departmental synchronization, manage corporate expenditures, and maintain complete asset clarity, all roles within the IT department will strictly adhere to the following shared operational constraints: · Communication: Prioritize the designated real-time chat platform (RingCentral or Microsoft Teams) as the primary method of communication for all internal IT team transactions and triage synchronization, relying on corporate email, SMS, or strictly as fallbacks. Tertiary technical coordination should be updated via ticket notes. · Logistical Efficiency: Structure, schedule, and aggressively consolidate on-site site-to-site travel into as few distinct trips as possible.
