## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * Minimum of two years of Workday experience supporting HR related modules, with experience administering enterprise level applications; Workday HCM Pro certification preferred.
 * Knowledge of HR workflows, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
 * Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to end users.
 * Experience working independently and collaboratively while maintaining compliance with data privacy practices and regulations.

## Description

* Manage and troubleshoot Workday HCM and MFA support tickets, providing Tier 2 support and ensuring timely resolution of system issues.
 * Support Workday enhancements, bi-annual releases, testing efforts, mass data changes, and ongoing system configuration and maintenance.
 * Partner with HR Technology team members to develop training materials, perform system audits, maintain documentation, and identify process improvement opportunities that enhance the employee experience.
