## About the Role

Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) seeking a detail-oriented and professional to join our team in Rocklin, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small but fast-paced environment, enjoys investigative work, and is comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls while analyzing applicant data., * Naturally curious and investigative mindset with strong critical thinking skills

 * Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls professionally and persistently
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
 * Comfortable working across multiple web-based systems and tools
 * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 * Self-motivated with the ability to stay organized in a production-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

 * Experience in collections, call centers, or investigative roles
 * Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (FCRA knowledge is a plus)

## Description

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to verify applicant-provided references, including employment, rental history, and other supporting information
 * Evaluate and process incoming background screening applications with accuracy and efficiency
 * Identify inconsistencies, red flags, and potential fraud indicators within applications and supporting documentation
 * Navigate multiple online platforms and systems simultaneously to complete verifications and documentation
 * Maintain thorough and compliant records of all verification activity
 * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery
