* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline
 * 3+ years of professional experience in systems engineering
 * Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance.
 * Experience with systems integration, MBSE methodologies, and tools such as MagicDraw and SysML is highly desirable.
 * Familiarity with DoD standards and modular open systems approaches preferred.
 * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare technical documentation and technical presentations.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities.

## Description

Dalcom Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support a team focused on mission-critical research, development, systems engineering, and modernization efforts for the U.S. Army., * Oversee the full lifecycle of sophisticated software, web, and hardware systems from initial specifications through rollout and maintenance.

 * Integrate network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices to create cohesive, resilient solutions.
 * Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools (e.g., MagicDraw, SysML) to develop and document system architectures.
 * Ensure system designs are modular, scalable, interoperable, and maintainable, leveraging MOSA principles and DoD standards.
 * Conduct technical trade studies, engineering reviews, and interface mapping to verify system interoperability and compliance.
 * Translate organizational interoperability visions into practical, standards-based system designs.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage specifications, design, coding, testing, and maintenance activities.
 * Prepare technical documentation and architectural viewpoints to support Information Support Plans (ISP) and enable system
