They, install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the client's operating environment. They also maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring the eDiscovery; problems and planning for growth. Successful infrastructural engineers should have good communication and collaboration skills, excellent analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills. The Infrastructure Engineer is also responsible for obtaining and maintaining relevant training and certifications as well as keeping up-to-date with the software and hardware being supported. The scope of the role will include responsibility for the upgrade activities of eDiscovery applications. This is a fully remote role with the potential for some travel based on client needs.
