 * Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience analyzing datasets and developing analytics.
 * At least 5 years of programming experience using data analysis tools such as Python (required), R, SAS, or MATLAB.
 * Strong foundation in statistical analysis.
 * Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques.
 * Demonstrated experience in data wrangling and data preparation.
 * Experience with database management and data querying.
 * Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools.
 * Strong written and oral communication skills., * Experience supporting Intelligence Community or government analytics.
 * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and analytics environments.
 * Experience working with large-scale or high-velocity datasets.

## Description

* Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
 * Develop and implement analytics, statistical models, and machine learning techniques to support mission requirements.
 * Perform data wrangling, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis.
 * Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines supporting analytical workflows.
 * Create data visualizations and dashboards to clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Write efficient, maintainable Python code for data analysis and modeling.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reproducibility of analytical results.
