## About the Role

* U.S. citizenship
 * Eligibility for a Tier 4 High-Risk Public Trust
 * Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, information systems, computer science, or a related field
 * Lead ISSO: 10-12+ years of relevant experience
 * Senior ISSO: 6-10+ years of relevant experience
 * Experience with RMF, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ATO support, continuous monitoring, POA&M management, vulnerability management, and audit readiness
 * Ability to produce accurate, audit-ready cybersecurity documentation

Preferred certifications include: CISSP, CISM, CGRC, CAP, CASP+, Security+, CEH, or CISA.

## Description

* Support RMF and system authorization activities
 * Develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, risk assessments, and authorization artifacts
 * Perform continuous monitoring and vulnerability analysis
 * Coordinate remediation and incident-response activities
 * Support audits, assessments, reporting, and executive briefings
 * Maintain accurate records in tools such as CSAM and ServiceNow
 * Analyze data from Splunk, Tenable, Qualys, Microsoft Defender, and related platforms

Lead ISSO Responsibilities

 * Lead day-to-day ISSO operations
 * Serve as the primary technical contact with Government cybersecurity leadership
 * Direct the Senior ISSOs
 * Oversee quality reviews, risk management, reporting, and authorization packages
 * Remain technically hands-on

Employment is contingent upon contract award, Government approval, verification of qualifications, and successful suitability processing.
