 * Active Directory, remote support tools, and cybersecurity awareness are a plus

## Description

We're hiring an experienced IT Associate to provide onsite technical support for a fast-paced travel company. This role is ideal for someone with prior IT support experience in a Travel TMC or travel agency who enjoys solving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service., * Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network, and VPN issues

 * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and user accounts
 * Manage help desk tickets and escalate issues when needed
 * Support employee onboarding/offboarding, workstation setup, and equipment deployment
 * Maintain IT inventory and assist with system updates
 * Deliver responsive, professional support to internal employees, * Briefly describe your IT support experience within the travel industry, including the travel agency or TMC where you worked and the systems or technologies you supported.
