* 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
 * 4+ years of hands-on experience administering SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Ping Identity solutions.
 * Strong experience with: Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & Federation technologies.
 * Hands-on knowledge of authentication protocols including: SAML, OAuth & OpenID Connect (OIDC).
 * Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
 * Strong understanding of: Identity provisioning & de-provisioning, Access reviews, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Entitlement Management, Identity Governance
 * Experience supporting enterprise-level IAM environments with complex integrations.
 * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM platform issues efficiently.
 * Experience implementing Enterprise Systems Integration.
 * Strong understanding of security policies, standards, and IAM best practices., * Identity and Access Management (IAM): 7 years (Required)
 * SailPoint IdentityIQ & Ping Identity solutions: 4 years (Required)
 * SAML, OAuth, & OpenID Connect (OIDC): 2 years (Required)
