 * Has hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dell, and HPE solutions
 * Can troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Active Directory, and cloud integrations effortlessly
 * Is comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team
 * Holds or is willing to pursue certifications like CCNA, CCNP, Virtualization or cloud certifications

* Building proficiency with company systems, tools, and client environments
 * Designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced IT infrastructures for optimal performance and security
 * Acting as an escalation point for other Tier 1/2 engineers and help desk
 * Responding to client support requests across diverse infrastructure complexities
 * Troubleshooting network and server issues with a proactive approach
 * Monitoring system health and applying preventative maintenance
 * Escalating complex problems swiftly to minimize business impact
 * Participating in on-call rotations
 * Documenting all support activities accurately within ticketing systems
