## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic technology team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive technical support to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and delivering exceptional customer service to end-users. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where technical expertise and proactive problem-solving are valued., * Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
 * Assist users with password resets, account access, and system navigation
 * Document technical issues, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system
 * Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop/laptop systems
 * Coordinate with senior IT teams for complex technical issues
 * Deliver excellent customer service while handling multiple support requests
 * Maintain knowledge of company systems, applications, and IT procedures
