## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
 * 1-5 years of experience providing end-user technical support
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Strong customer service and communication abilities
 * Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
 * Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Technical Experience

Experience with:

 * Windows 10 & Windows 11
 * Microsoft 365
 * Autodesk products
 * Mobile Device Management (MDM)
 * iPhones and iPads
 * Copiers and multifunction printers
 * Web conferencing platforms
 * TCP/IP networking
 * DHCP, DNS, and VPNs
 * UniFi wireless networking
 * Meraki security appliances, * How many years of experience do you have providing IT help desk or desktop support?
 * Have you managed user onboarding/offboarding and account setup?
 * Which of these technologies have you supported? (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, MDM, networking, printers)
 * Briefly describe your troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, and networking issues.
 * Are you able to travel occasionally to company locations as needed?

## Description

* Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support requests
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and communication issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
 * Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
 * Perform new employee onboarding and employee offboarding
 * Deploy software updates, patches, and system upgrades
 * Manage company mobile devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
 * Document support requests and maintain accurate service records
 * Work with vendors to resolve technical issues when necessary
 * Train end users and create documentation to improve technology adoption
 * Travel occasionally to remote offices for IT support and equipment installation
