Examples of wireframes, design mocks or prototypes authored using design tools, that have been used to express concepts and drive solutions with leaders from all disciplines 15. Expertise with simplifying and persuasively communicating complex ideas to company leaders 16. Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale 17. Examples of work in design systems and systems thinking 18. Demonstrated experience identifying and creating projects with minimal direction and handling a large degree of ambiguity, 19. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 20. Flex-ready operating model - proven ability to context-switch across projects, partner orgs, and problem altitudes (from high-level strategy to in-product UX writing) while maintaining quality and momentum 21. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 22. AI-native content design fluency - experience with model design, generative AI logic, and defining assistant behavior and tone at the systems layer (not just surface-level copy) 23. Senior IC leadership - ability to seamlessly step into complex, ambiguous spaces and lead content direction without heavy ramp time, including workstreams on the critical path for major product launches 24. Consumer storytelling expertise - strong instincts for crafting clear, compelling narratives in user-facing product experiences 25. Cross-functional leadership - can serve as the CD lead on a workstream, earning trust from product, engineering, and design partners quickly 26. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies ## Description 1. Design, edit and test clear, compelling in-product language to help users and teams meet their goals. This includes product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Meta products and experiences 2. Apply systems thinking to the product, whether it's defining extensible design system guidance, conducting audits of existing experiences or creating information architecture 3. Use your familiarity with how code works in software. This may involve doing things like updating language in code with internal tools, reviewing code to ensure the in-product language is as intended, or creating the logic to personalize the experience for a user 4. As a thought leader, give and solicit feedback from your peers from every discipline, in service of building the best products 5. Use Figma to illustrate ideas and design solutions 6. Create high-fidelity design mocks and sometimes prototypes using components in Figma, and use them to drive decision-making with cross-functional stakeholders 7. Collaborate daily with peers across disciplines, including engineering, design, research, marketing and data science, to take products from conception to launch 8. Regularly facilitate sprints and workshops to help align teams around a common problem to solve, goal, purpose, or range of solutions 9. Partner with our internationalization team to ensure product experiences are of the highest quality in every language 10. Demonstrate sound judgment and lead product decisions, team direction and strategy 11. Independently and proactively identify and work on projects that span multiple teams. This may involve driving alignment for key leaders, other stakeholders and product strategy 12.
