You will support customer's daily operations, troubleshoot, and assist in maintaining pharmacy automation equipment. Acting as a liaison between the customer and Capsa, you will provide valuable feedback on system performance. Ideal candidates are self-starters who are comfortable with ambiguity, flexible, and eager to contribute to the development of tools and processes. This position reports to the Vice President of Solution, Delivery, and Support and will be in Houston, Texas. Become part of a team that supports the backbone of healthcare.
