Reporting to the Design System Lead, you will work across our D2C (direct-to-consumer) AJ Bell platform to deliver a large-scale design system across mobile and app., We are looking for a designer with a minimum of 4/5 years' experience in UX/UI and a love for UI. This role is largely focused on the creation and ongoing maintenance of design system components and asset libraries. It requires a good understanding on how components work, with experience handing over designs to development as a must-have. We're looking for designers who will enjoy focusing on the details but also maintain a macro-level appreciation for how the entire design system behaves. There's an exciting rebrand underway, alongside a redesign of the AJ Bell app and website. You will play a key role in shaping our design standards for D2C, working hands-on with UX designers, developers, and product managers to champion the design system and encourage its adoption.
