* 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design; e-commerce experience is a plus
 * Experience with Figma and building design systems
 * Strong portfolio including commerce / PDP / checkout work
 * Understanding of conversion optimization, mobile-first design, and accessibility
 * Experience collaborating with development teams
 * Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude Design, Google Stitch
 * Experience in cosmetics / beauty / fashion industries is a plus
 * HTML/CSS literacy
 * Experience with multi-market / RTL design
